ThirdPath

Wednesday May 3rd, 2017 – Philadelphia

In most organizations the road to leadership requires a singularly focus on work
while having others – our partners or paid professionals – take care of “life” responsibilities.

At ThirdPath we have been working with a new kind of leader –
Men and women who have redesigned work so they can advance in their careers
while also having time and energy to invest in their lives outside of work.

On Wednesday May 3rd we will convene these “Pioneering Leaders” for our third, biennial – Pioneering Leaders Summit.

During the Summit we will explore three key leverage points for change:

Developing integrated career paths – What are the personal versus organizational responsibilities for advancing integrated leadership?

Looking beyond the workplace – How do the decisions we make at home promote integrated lives for both men and women?

Creating 21st century workplaces – How can we help both small and large organizations take the next step towards change?

The Summit begins promptly at 9:00am and conclude at 4:30pm. Continental breakfast will be served from from 8:30 to 9:00am.

This is an invitation only event.
