Redesigning Work Conferences:
Hospital Workers - Spring 2006

The lessons from the Law conference are preparation for the next two conferences we plan to hold.

The first conference would look at the work redesign needs of hospital worker employees, and the second would examine these issues with doctors.

By exploring jobs across the economic spectrum within the same industry, we hope to carefully craft this second set of conferences to serve as a vehicle in surfacing new and creative ideas for public policy around work-life integration.
